We recommend ordering gel once the final payment is made. **Your order may contain separate shipments which may arrive separately. Delivery updates and tracking information will be provided to you once your order is being prepared - this would be good to stipulate either way as if they do not follow the instructions we have advised them of the way the orders get shipped. 

Ultrasound Gel is a personal, consumable item and therefore must be exempt from our returns policy. Unwanted gel should be disposed of by the customer only.

The product will arrive to you with a courier wherever you choose at no cost. The product comes in a sealed package and it is not possible to see the contents of the product inside. The name of the sender of the package will appear. The supply time within 10 business days the whole country. Within one business day of completing the order on the website, you will receive a message with a link to track the status of your order at any time and/or an email and/or an SMS with an update on the status of your order.
